We offer a range of project management services, including but not limited to:

Execution: Implementation of project plans, coordination of resources, and task management.
Monitoring: Tracking project progress, risk management, and performance evaluation.
Post-Project Support: Assistance with post-project evaluation and support services as needed.

We work closely with our clients to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and agreed upon. All services provided will be detailed in a service agreement specific to each project.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are determined based on the complexity and scope of the project. A detailed quote, including the breakdown of costs, will be provided before the commencement of services. Payment terms, including deadlines and acceptable methods, will be outlined in the service agreement. Please note:

Advance Payments: We may require an advance payment before starting work on the project.
Invoicing: Invoices will be issued according to the payment schedule agreed upon in the service agreement.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges and could result in a suspension or termination of services.
Refunds: Refunds are not typically provided for work completed unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the work created during the provision of our services will be owned by Lynax Solutions Sdn. Bhd., unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This includes, but is not limited to, designs, plans, reports, and software. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the purpose specified in the project agreement. Any other use requires prior written consent from us.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of all information provided by our clients. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Similarly, clients agree to keep our proprietary information confidential. This includes, but is not limited to:

Project plans and designs
Business processes and methodologies
Any other sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project

Confidentiality obligations will continue indefinitely, even after the termination of the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims arising from the use of our services is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or property damage. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays or failures in service performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, labor disputes, or technical issues.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination:

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
Work Product: Upon termination, any work product or deliverables provided up to that point shall remain the property of Lynax Solutions Sdn. Bhd., unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality: Confidentiality obligations continue after termination.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
